How does the commission process work?
Get in touch via the request form or contact Emily directly at emilygreen_art@outlook.com
She will review your idea, get back to you with a quote, proof of concept and any extra details.
Once confirmed, a 50% deposit will be taken to secure your order. The balance will be due upon completion.
How long will my order take?
Prints will be shipped within 3 working days of purchase.
Original paintings take roughly 3-5 weeks before dispatch. Timeline will be confirmed at point of order. Rush orders are available at an additional cost.
All orders will be sent with tracked and insured shipping.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
As commissions are bespoke 1 of 1 pieces that have been made to order, all sales are final.
Refunds are only accepted in the case of damage during transit or receiving an incorrect item.
How much does a custom piece cost?
The cost of paintings and custom sneakers/ accessories varies depending on size, design and detail levels. Get in touch for a quote.
Do you offer a framing service?
Yes! Emily works with a local bespoke framer who custom builds frames to fit her originals. Additional costs apply.

Do you offer customisation live at my event?
Yes! We commonly customise live at brand activations and launches, corporate parties and PR events, as well as private events such as Weddings and Bar/Bat Mitzvahs

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide, with fully tracked and insured services.
Please note, international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import tax.
There is no import duty on fine art to USA. EU and rest of world varies on local import laws.
Can I see a mock up before I start?
Absolutely! Emily will provide a mock up of every painting / shoe / accessory before starting.
Your first mock up is free, and all additional changes required following this will be provided once the deposit is paid.
Can I see updates whilst you work?
Of course! Contact Emily directly if you wish to see progress pictures, or let her know if you wish to be surprised at the end!
How can I care for my customised product?
Custom shoes and accessories are carefully prepared with durability in mind. They are fully waterproof and scratch resistant. However, please bare in mind they have been hand painted, and so should be treated with care. They are wearable art, not your every day pair of shoes.
For footwear - no washing machine or harsh cleaning chemicals. Simply clean with a damp cloth.
For customs - do I need to provide the shoes / accessory?
In most cases, Emily keeps stock of popular sneakers - Nike Air Force 1 / Jordans. She is very happy to provide if necessary - your quote will include the price of the sneaker.
All sneakers are 100% genuine and authentic, bought directly from the retailer.
If you already own the item, this is absolutely fine too. Just mention it in your request form!
Will you recreate another customisers work?
No - Emily will not copy other customisers designs.
Feel free to send inspiration pictures and Emily will work with you to design something original.
Can I make prints of my bespoke comission or use it for my own business?
No. Unless a commercial license is explicitly agreed beforehand, all commissions are for personal use only. As the artist, Emily retains the copyright and the right to display images of her artwork on her website and social media.
