Live Customisation FAQs
This is completely dependent on your event type or activation purpose. We are able to be completely versatile, if you let us know what you have in mind we can advise accordingly to tailor the experience and cater to your specific event. Whether you have a clear vision or are still brainstorming, feel free to reach out - let’s bring your ideas to life!
Pricing is dependent on a variety of factors, including:
- event timing
- event duration
- event location
- units required
- quantity of customisers required.
If you have a budget in mind please be sure to let us know so we can attempt to structure an activation that aligns with your needs.
Ideally as much as possible, but great ideas don’t always come with time! If your event is just around the corner, don’t hesitate to reach out. We can explore all options to make it work.
This will vary depending on expected footfall and how many units you would like completed within your given timeframe. This can be confirmed once requirements are understood.
If Emily needs additional support from other customisers, she works with a team of talented artists that she can mobilise for any project.
We supply all artistic equipment required for your activation. It’s completely up to you if you’d like to supply the product to be customised, or if you’d like us to source it, just let us know.
The only thing we’ll need from you is a table, comfy chair and a power supply!
One8
We partnered with Virat Kohli and One8 to paint a pair of custom One8 Seam sneakers live from the stands at Lords Cricket Grounds. The aim of this project was to merge sporting heritage with live, interactive artistry, creating a real time visual spectacle alongside the general public. Painting Kohli's brand alongside 31,000 of his fans at his final game at Lords was an incredibly unique activation - we overcame all the obstacles surrounding painting from the stands, (no table, no problem!) to create and deliver elite brand content and storytelling.
Jägermeister Orange UK Launch Tour
We partnered with Jägermeister to deliver live customised, hand-painted miniature shot bottles across three major cities as part of the Jägermeister ORANGE launch.
With a total of over 450 citrus themed minis customised across all three cities, guests loved watching their keepsake come to life infront of them, all inspired by and tailored towards the brands new orange flavour. Standard product packaging can blend into the background, but uniquely customised editions transform a mass-produced commercial item into limited pieces of art!
Simply - everyone loves an exclusive and unique customised product! Attendees are much more likely to snap pictures, generating free, organic reach and user-generated content that expands the launch footprint beyond the physical room!
Bose - SoundLink Max London Launch
When launching high end audio gear, the experience needs to sound and look extraordinary. For this activation, we took live event customisation to the next level by hand painting bespoke canvas tote bags custom made to house each guests new speaker.
The main aim of this activation was to infuse the core theme of music directly within the artwork. Guests watched as Emily painted unique, scannable Spotify soundwaves onto their bags, turning their tote into an interactive take home gift that instantly plays a curated soundtrack when scanned.
Footasylum - Manchester Arndale Store
To celebrate the new Footasylum store opening in Manchester Arndale, we took over a section of the store and spent the weekend live customising sneakers, free of charge with any Footasylum footwear purchase.
From intricate painted designs to upgrading their sneakers with unique charms and a wide selection of laces- we had customers leaving the store with elevated, bespoke footwear.
CANVVS - Artist in Residence
When CANVVS opened their flagship store in the heart of London's Oxford Street, Emily was appointed as one of a select few 'Artist in Residence'.
Once a week, Emily painted sneakers and accessories live in the store window, acting as a visual anchor for the brand, engaging directly with customers whilst maintaining a gallery standard output in a high traffic / stress, major retail environment. Her impact drew foot traffic directly from the street, fostered direct connections with shoppers and showcased the talent behind bespoke streetwear culture.
